ABOUT

I am passionate about supporting CEOs as a Trusted Advisor and Executive Coach with decades of experience driving both personal and large-scale business and organization transformations including Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, small and medium sized businesses, healthcare systems and nonprofits.

My true mission and purpose is best captured by a bit of my father’s wisdom, “The greatest measure of your success are the number of people you have helped become successful, however they choose to define that success.”

Outside of work, I enjoy sailing and photographing the Chesapeake Bay. My wife and I have three grown children and two grandchildren. We reside on the Rhode River south of Annapolis.Business owners, CEOs and key executives in the Washington, DC - Baltimore - Annapolis area... consider joining Vistage.

I am looking to engage with people who have inquisitive minds, who want to grow their business, and learn more about both the art and science of leadership.

From My Members

Direct feedback from the members of my Vistage Worldwise groups.

Vistage has made a profound difference in my career. The clarity that you get from the program is excellent. The continuance of learning is excellent. It’s like having a cheat code for your video game.

Chris Brown

Particularly for me, I was a new CEO, a CEO for the first time. I needed all the help that I could get. Getting to spend time with people who are a lot more experienced than me, and also some people who are just as new as me, all that perspective has been really, really valuable for me learning my new role.

Jessica Kenyon

“The value to me of Vistage is the ability to have conversations with like-minded people, like-minded business owners, so we can share best practices and learn from each other’s mistakes and successes.”

Jamie Waldren
